"WHO MISS G IS WITH LITTLE HOUSE OF MUSIC"

Grammy nominated Composer, Arranger, Producer, Author, Teacher

A true professional. As a child musical prodigy, starting at age 4, Georgia has shown a high degree of talented professionalism in every thing she has done. Her 40 -year musical career started at the age of 16, teaching piano, organ and guitar. This professionalism, her love of music, in-depth understanding of children and teaching methods, shows in every facet of the Little House of Music program.

In 2001, Mrs. Germond received one of the highest honors a musical professional strives for. Her “Little House of Music” received a “Grammy” nomination in the children’s music category. The original programming, and musical scores, were chosen over the 200 others submitted.

Miss. G’s 18 years in Nashville involved all areas of musical creation and production. With over 300 published songs she knows what the listening audience likes.

Georgia Germond’s successful 18-years in Nashville spans the following areas:

Staff writer, Artist, and Repertoire (A&R) specialist, and Studio Musician for several music-publishing companies on Nashville’s Music row.
Composing/arranging in Classical, Pop, Jazz, Children’s, and Country Genres
Owner of a full line retail music store
Owner of Miss. G’s Music School (with 10 teachers)
Produced and recorded “Especially for you at Christmas” album, in conjunction with the Tennessee School system, to benefit “latch key children” program.
Successfully introduced, and taught, the Little House of Music program in the seven-school system of Murfreesboro, TN.
Mrs. Germond, and her students, appeared on national television singing the theme song of Little House of Music “I’m Drug Free”.
Continued personal appearances through out the Nashville area, to standing room audiences.

In 1990 Mrs. Germond moved to Florida.

Continued to teach, refine, and test, the Little House of Music program.

Produced, recorded, and released, the successful “Dancing Four O’clock” album. Mrs. Germond composed the play list, which includes all original instrumentals.

Along with Executive Producer, Robert Mather (VP Administration of EMI music publishing) produced, and released, “Lemon Concerto” album for children.
Produced, directed, and staged, the Little House of Music Kids Koncert at the Florida Institute of Technology to benefit “abused children” charities.

A panel member for NARAS sponsored “Grammy in the School” program, and continues involvement in many other programs benefiting children and schools.


Combining a lifetime of musical talent and love of children, this special lady has created something that is sorely needed today, an extraordinary program for children. A program that will entertain, teach music, self-awareness, self-respect and values, respect for others, and allows children to have pride in their accomplishments.
