One of my wonderful students Elise had a problem with a pesky loose tooth that just wouldn't come out! After everyone in the family tried to pull it out over and over again, they all gave up. The next day Elise sneezed and her tooth flew out of her mouth and flew across the room and bounced on the carpet.
