The Little House Of Music

Georgia Lucking Germond was among the nominees of the 44th GRAMMY Awards for her children’s music education program Little House of Music. Nominees were announced on Jan. 4th at the Beverly Hills Hilton and the awards will take place on Feb. 27th in Los Angeles.

Little House of Music is a music education program for children that considers a child’s short attention span by translating the concepts of learning music into a thrilling, fun and exciting experience. Miss G, who defines music as “the art of combining sounds to express love and sounds of varying pitch to produce smiles…,” has put over fifteen years of time and effort into producing this innovative program.

"Once again, this year's nominations reflect many different musical points of view from those established artists whose influence has shaped the evolution of our musical language, to newcomers who speak with a unique resonance," said Recording Academy President/CEO Michael Greene. "We are gratified to see so many truly talented singer/songwriters; they remain a vital part of music's foundation."
