Broadway, Here We Come!

All it takes is one piano coach and three advanced students to write a Broadway Show, music, lyrics and script, the whole show from beginning to end!
Madison, Hallie, Louis and myself, Miss G meet every week for two hours at Little House of Music to listen to each others songs, new ideas, script ideas, characters and any changes for our Broadway Show titled, "Me and Lore."
What a great experience for all of us. None of us have ever done this before and we are having a GREAT time. I'm truly amazed at the songs my students are composing, and I'm truly amazed that we are having so much fun without disagreeing! We take a vote and the majority wins for every idea or song.
Of course everyone including myself wants to compose the "Overture!" Louis won that one!
It is very heart warming to have teenagers today composing and writing Broadway scripts instead of making the headlines for something they did wrong!
If you want you child to stay out of trouble, get them into music, music will only take children to good places.
