"MISS G WITH LITTLE HOUSE OF MUSIC ON SEASONINGS!"




Here at Little House of Music Miss G and her husband Paul use lots of seasonings when we cook. I never realized that some seasonings are healthier than others:

USE HEALTHY SEASONINGS
SEVERAL HERBS AND SPICES OFFER PROTECTIVE ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES, INCLUDING CINNAMON, GINGER, CURRY POWDER (A SPICE MIXTURE THAT CONTAINS CURCUMIN, THE BRIGHT YELLOW PIGMENT IN TURMERIC): ONIONS, STEVIA: AND GARLIC, WHICH HAS POWERFUL
ANTIFUNGAL AND ANTIBIOTIC PROPERTIES.
